"Fees showed up later than I expected"
SimpleHealth was fine overall, and the service did what I needed it to do. I just wish the extra fees had been clearer before I checked out. At first I thought I had already seen the full total, but then later I noticed the added charges and wasn’t totally sure if I’d missed them earlier or if they showed up after. It wasn’t a huge amount of money, just a little annoying. Everything worked okay, but the pricing felt less upfront than I expected.

"Not really enough birth control options"
I was kind of disappointed because, the birth control choices felt way too limited. I was hoping there would be more options to pick from, but yeah, it just didn’t feel like there was much available

"Packaging wasn’t very discreet"
The packaging wasn’t as discreet as I’d hoped. It wasn’t a huge issue, but I do wish it had been a bit more private.

The site itself was fine, but the provider review took way longer than I expected. I didn’t really get many updates while I was waiting, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be. it felt avoidable.

I don’t think this is worth the monthly cost. Most of what I used felt like basic stuff that shouldn’t be this expensive, and somehow even simple things felt harder than they needed to be. I gave it a month, but ended up canceling because I just didn’t see the value.

I reached out to simplehealth when I had what felt like an urgent issue with my prescription, and I just couldn’t get a clear answer quickly. The replies felt slow and kind of generic, like they were copied and pasted, which made the whole situation way more stressful than it needed to be.
I know one experience doesn’t mean it’s always like this, but it made me feel like this probably isn’t the service to rely on when something is time-sensitive. If they’re not set up for urgent situations, that should be stated a lot more clearly. I ended up having to get help somewhere else, which was really frustrating

"Kind of felt like I was being ignored"
The provider barely got back to me, and when they did, the replies were slow and not really clear. I kept checking for updates, then wondering if I missed something, but no, there just wasn't much communication. It was frustrating, and most of the time I felt like I was just being ignored...

"Tracking was kinda useless"
Ordering was totally fine, no issues there, but the tracking was crap. It took forever to update, and I kept having to check like some idiot just to figure out where my package was. It did show up eventually, so at least there’s that, but the updates really need to be faster and way less confusing.

"Privacy felt really off"
I didn’t feel like my personal info was being kept private the way it should be. Some of the stuff they asked for felt unnecessary, and it just made me uncomfortable. I won’t be using it again.

"Really frustrating support experience"
I reached out for help expecting at least a reasonably quick response, but support took forever to get back to me. It left me waiting around with no clear idea of what was going on. the whole experience just made me feel frustrated and unsupported.

I found the medical questionnaire really confusing. Some of the questions were so vague that I couldn’t tell what they were asking for, and I had to go back over it a few times and still wasn’t confident with my answers. It was especially frustrating because I was already trying to get this done quickly and the timing just made the whole thing more stressful. For something health related, it really should be clearer

I tried SimpleHealth and ended up having some side effects that made me nervous. When I reached out for help, the responses felt really generic, almost like a robot was answering emails instead of an actual person reading what I wrote. It was basically “wait it out” or “check the label,” which didn’t make me feel listened to at all. I ended up calling another doctor anyway. It might be fine for simple, straightforward stuff, but when it came to side effects, it just wasn’t enough for me.

Canceling my plan was way more of a hassle than it needed to be. Signing up was quick and easy, of course, but when I wanted to leave, suddenly I had to click around and dig through pages just to figure out how to stop it. It felt like they were making me do extra work on purpose. I’m not a fan of companies that make cancellation confusing, so I won’t be using them again.

"Delivery took a while, but everything was okay"
The delivery was definitely slower than I expected, like I kept checking the tracking, looking out the window, wondering if it got stuck somewhere, that kind of thing. It showed up later than planned, but when it finally arrived, everything was fine. The package wasn’t damaged, the item was in good shape, nothing was missing, nothing was broken, so overall it worked out. Just wish it had gotten here a bit faster.

"Setting up my account was frustrating"
I tried to create an account, but it kept sending me in circles and looping me back to the same steps. The email verification code took forever to come through too. After about 20 minutes I just gave up because it felt like way more hassle than it should’ve been, if that makes sense.

"Felt boxed into a generic plan"
I really thought the treatment plan would be based more on what I actually wrote, but it felt generic. Like I shared my history and explained what was going on, but it didn’t seem like anyone really took it in. The response was basic, and the option they gave me felt like something I could’ve guessed on my own. I kind of felt trapped in this one-size-fits-all approach instead of getting something that fit me. Maybe it works for other people, but for me it felt rushed and not personal at all
